Construction and Development of the Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning and Strengthening Competitiveness Economy (Entrepreneurial Learning)

Construction and Development of the Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning and Strengthening Competitiveness Economy (Entrepreneurial Learning)

Project Description

The South East European Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (SEECEL) is an initiative for structured cooperation among participating economies (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia, Kosovo*, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey) on lifelong entrepreneurial learning.

In order to secure the sustainability and further development of SEECEL's activities, a need for a dedicated physical facility was identified. Its construction was considered as a good basis for the possible transformation into a European Entrepreneurial Learning Centre, which would be the first European institution of this kind established in the Western Balkans.

WBIF has provided a technical assistance grant for the preparation of the Feasibility Study, Project Identification, Preliminary design, Main design, and Tender dossiers for both works and supervision.

* This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and is in line with UNSCR 1244/1999 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo declaration of independence.
