In line with the agreed criteria only projects submitted and/or endorsed by the National IPA Coordinators (NIPACs) from the individual beneficiary governments are eligible for consideration. Following a call for project submissions, applications must be received at least 3 weeks before the next meeting of the Project Financiers’ Group. EC DG Enlargement issues the formal call for project submissions and notifies all NIPACs individually.

National IPA Coordinators may contact their local IPF office for assistance in preparing project proposals.
